Since 2020 have served on The Right Place Board of Directors – Engaging in strategic planning, fundraising, public awareness, and helping people without housing or less fortunate. The Right Place is a small nonprofit business.
I have also helped small businesses like Pate Remolding with how training, organizational structure, human resource procedures, financial planning, business operations, and SWOT analyses. “Management and business assistance advisory services and consultancy concerning business planning, business analysis, business management, and business organization related to small and medium-sized manufacturing and service-related businesses” Also, I worked with the local Chamber of Commerce (small) on the 2020 Census – strategic plan development and trained others, team development, and roles – this required much analytical work, time, and effort. (Same focus as Pate Remonlding and others).
