Don’t waste time on your failures and shortcomings. Consider the lessons learned from them as rungs in the ladder. Step up, and disregard any thought about how the rung was made. So long as it served its purpose, does it matter whether it was made from joy or sorrow, success or failure, or health or hurt?
Learn another lesson. The sculptor who finds a defective slab of marble sets it aside. Because it has not been worked on, it may think of itself as being perfect. It may smugly, scornfully, look down on the marble the sculptor is cutting and shipping into perfection. Readers, learn a lesson for your lives, for each step has a purpose.
Read, Listen, Think, then Act.
Until next time,
Houston out!
