I was part of and made contributions to the business community for thirty-eight years. Now, I am engaged in the public educational system.
Being a customer of the public education system and now a supplier to the business community; I have identified some serious disconnects. We need some serious customer and supplier intervention.
Are students being prepared for their future customers? Why? What can we do to improve the situation? What are the consequences if we do nothing?
