Beware of seeing yourself through other people’s perspectives. There are dangers to this practice. First, it is nearly impossible to decern what others think of you. Furthermore, their views of you are variable: subject to each viewer’s emotional, physical, and spiritual condition. Another major problem with letting others define you is that it borders on idolatry. Your desire to please others dampens where your true focus should reside.
I once read, “But seek ye first the Kingdom of God and his righteousness: and all these things shall be added unto you.”
The above is one man perspective of the inter-workings of life.
I will never break, I know the foundation for which my life is built.
Have a wonderful day and life.
